Salir desde delante a tope y luego mantener el ritmo. La gran sorpresa es que ese ritmo siempre ha estado muy por debajo de los 4:30. Así que he bajado mi marca en más de 3 minutos y medio. Por cierto el Foot POD Mini la ha clavado. Ha sido perfecto para poder controlar el ritmo.

    Tiempo oficial: 2:52:42 #376 Subidas, bajadas, troncos, piedras, agujeros... pero ¿cuándo se acaba estoooo? menos mal que en los atascos puedes recuperar el aliento. Por suerte me libré de las muchas caídas que vi y tras varios "intentos" salí sólo con una leve torcedura de tobillo.

    "From door to... Turó de Tagamanent" Tomando prestado el slogan de mis Salomon Crossmax hoy he cumplido un desafío que tenía pendiente. He salido de casa y he llegado a la cima del Tagamanent, ese "picacho muy elevado y de difícil acceso" como se conocía hasta que asfaltaron una carretera, imagino. Asfalto, pista, sendero, correr y andar para alcanzar los 1.055 m de altitud de la cima. Una vez allí, con el cielo despejado, las vistas son espectaculares. Y nada, para "relajar" las piernas he bajado corriendo por la carretera hasta el pueblo de Tagamanent. Pero ese ya es otro move. Borrowing the slogan of my Salomon Crossmax today I achieved a challenge I had pending. I left home and reached the top of Tagamanent, the "peak very high and difficult to access" as it was known until there was an asphalted road, I guess. Asphalt, track, trail running and walking to reach the 1,055 m of the summit. Once there, with a clear sky, the views were spectacular. After that, to "relax" my legs I ran the road down to the village of Tagamanent. It was not a good idea, but it is another move...     Pyramid Interval Training 1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 4', 3', 2', 1' fast and in between 1' slow. The app shows the remaining time of the current interval duration. The timer is always counting down for each interval duration. When the time goes to 0 the next interval duration starts. Between each speed change three beep sounds are omitted. The training starts with a warm-up until you press the "LAP" button. When the interval training has finished, the app shows the duration of the cool-down time. This timer continues until you stop the training. Changelog: 2U2 means, this is update 2 of the Pyramid-Interval 2 app. This updates fixes one missed beep sound after the last fast interval and repeats the beep sound three times instead of only once.

    Full automatic test recording: no need to monitor screen or press any keys and finish! Version 2: optimized to fit into Ambit-1 memory! And of course fit's to Ambit-2 which I hope somehow I will receive (nobody to donate? :) )! Compact and optimized algorithm! Version 3: now it show METs and VO2max after reaching goal, one by one in iterations! CURRENT TROUBLE: prefix/postfix in apps for ambit-1 doesn't changed correctly from code, so for now I removed and set it static, later, if Suunto provides changes to FW so I'll update code.
