    • Trail running 1:00'29.9 Average heart rate 149 bpm, 13.80 km.
      2nd part of Saturday biathlon. Trail Running at very demanding weather. Few minus 'C degrees, heavy storm and occasional rain, icy and slippery trail. Had to focus on keeping balance. Pure madness!!! But anyway rewarding. Worth to have glass of HQ wine or piece of dark chocolate in the evening with her.

      TERVAHIIHTO 2012, Classic style 33km. I just got back from Korea on Friday and suffered from jetlag, but considering the circumstances 38th in men´s series is not bad. Weather was perfect, but my skis slipped a little at the end.

      6h hike at Iso-Syöte National Park area. First in beautiful summer weather, then it got ugly with thunder storm and pouring rain, that got us all wet. Final climb 4km /400m to the Iso-Syöte fell was a nice and heavy ending to the trip.

      X-country skiing with my wife in Iso-Syöte-Ahmatupa-Toraslampi-Ahmakallio-Ahmavaaran lenkki, blue and black tracks. 10km was like skiing 20, because ski track wasn´t done and didn´t slide at all.

The higher the momentary training zone is, the faster you will get scores.
