Ahhhh, twisted my ankle two weeks ago and it started to hurt again! That's the punishment for not giving it enough rest to heal properly.

that is a huge variety of sports you practice :)
The variety keeps me from hibernating during winter time... You could also put it that way - I've got troubles staying focused. ;-))
i always thougth that the daily workout is composed at least by 50% of mental state. Its desirable to have some goals in mind, even not real goals, just philosophy issues. In my case i try to take care of both aspects, the training for ultramarathons demands them. But you are right, practice several sports is a goog way to stay focused.
