Hey PedroRosas, interesting PhD subject! I think you will find many case studies here:)). Safe riding, Melbourne drivers are nuts.

PedroRosas 9.3.2012

Hi Nomsky2000 thanks for the vomment and follow... so far all have been really polite... but Friday nights mmm some craxy out there... i saw you swimming do you use the HRM or just the laps normally?

Nomsky2000 9.3.2012

Hey PedroRosas. It's a mixed bag when I swim. I do general resistance exercises and stretches while hanging out with my kids! Haven't tried the Comfort Belt in water as signal doesn't penetrate. I try to record HR manually every 15 min or after every repetition. I think Suunto have a memory belt for swimming but it's another investment!

PedroRosas 14.3.2012

yes Nomsky2000 i try to find out about the memory belt but not easy to find in Oz :(, i am starting to swim again... :)

Hey PR I ride to Uni daily too (UWA in Perth), although I dont have to deal with many traffic lights thankfully. Your PhD sounds interesting - I was there some time ago, lots of work but rewarding too. Good luck!

Hi Killa! Thanks for the Shout... Traffic and people makes the commuting fun but also some times risky, but here is thousands better than in Mexico city where I come from...that is madness... So you do normally 10.5km 2 times? Wow that is moving! Yes PhD is lots of work but Fun... I will create a group “Commuting” want to join?

Killa 29.2.2012

Wow, riding in Mexico would be interesting to say the least! Yeah I ride every day (or run otherwise one-way) but the route to work is 90% bike paths and is half the time of a car and quicker still than the bus! Count me in for your commuting group :)

PedroRosas 4.3.2012

this image can give u an idea of some bike paths in mexico jejeje this is a "safe one" http://www.jornada.unam.mx/2007/05/07/fotos/039n1cap-1_mini.jpg

Killa 5.3.2012

whoa! that looks a little odd in the middle of the freeway huh?! still, probably a better surface than some of the paths around here... you need to get used to things rattling off your bike!

PedroRosas 9.3.2012

jijijiji yesin particualr here in melbourne there are some little "drain caps" that my God! impossible to avoid them some times...
