Tak to je narez...:) Nejdriv sem se chtel zeptat co to tam mas za prestavky, ale pak mi doslo ze to je okruh a ze sis ho daval do pulky jednim smerem a pak na druhou stranu asi..:) Trenujes na nakej maratonek?
Ahoj, objevují se tam přestávky, většinou jsou to pitné, někdy musím počkat až uhnou turisté nebo pes. Také mě občas někdo zastaví a chce si povídat :)
Okruh má kolem 1600m a je to tady v centru Brna asi jediná volba pro delší běhy, pokud nechceš běhat po silnicích a chodnících. Ale po té hodině a půl už je potřeba otočit směr, jinak mozek zblbne.

Thank you all for the great support! But it seems Suunto is shifting the release date for the Android app from March to April. If true this are bad news...
Work for AMBIT1 With sound and light. High intensity interval running inspired by coaching methods used by Peter Coe when coaching his son, olympic champion and 800m world record holder of Sebastian Coe. This interval running App guides you through an interval session starting with 15 min warmup, then 10 x 200m interval running exercise with 30 second recovery between intervals. The hard intervals are supposed to be high intensity, i.e. very hard. The recovery should be made walking. The App will show meters left during the interval and seconds left during recovery.
