I am a professional explorer, adventurer and athlete. My current project is "7 rivers, 7 continents" - source to sea paddling descents of the longest river on each continent. A total distance of 35 000km. In 2008 I completed the Amazon River and in 2012 will make a solo kayak descent of the 6400km Missouri-Mississippi River in the USA.

Trained with Master Nilton Garcia at Gracie Garcia BJJ in Camden Town, London. Skills practice and rolling with Nilton. Still protecting clavicle but hardest roll in 4 months and pulled through well. Happy with recovery so far.
