Hi my name is Lucy. I used to be on Movescount all the time when the website was newer, and was an avid swimmer and triathlete. Over time my intense training routine caught up with me and I messed my back up, finding myself unable to walk, stand, or even sit for long periods of time. I gained a lot of weight in response to the lack of exercise. I'm trying to overcome all this, and that is why I'm back! I’m currently studying dietetics. I hope to cheer you all on in your fitness journeys :)
