    On of my friends was skiing appr. 30km with You -but hardwax grip was so light, that he heavily tired after 1/3rd. Seems that I need to be there!! For me the most beloved race. So far I was failing on Vasa BIB-web rally for 2015, but hopes are on the after_market. First I signed up for Marcia 2015. Hope to train well, winter has been very busy with job, 6-7 kg extra now vs. October running marathon shape.. :(

      Sorry for the late replay. I had a very nice race. I just my Zero’s (as I always loves). The grip was pretty god all the way, and the glide was excellent. Next year we meet in the first group?

    Cap d Agd. Eurovisjonsmesterskap. Stakk etter ca 1 mil og kjørte solo resten. Vant med 50 sek Frankrike og Spani på de neste plassene. Deilig revanskje etter tempoen tideligere på dagen.

    Ivar Formo løpet. Hadde gode bein i dag. Gikk lett i bakkene, men taper i lett terrenget. Klarer ikke å sleppe på utover, som mange gjør. Nr 11 av 49 i klassen på tiden 1.21,38. Neste år løper jeg med speedcross.

    Fellesstart ble nr 4 (nr 3 i spurten). Litt for het på grøten. Slo kontra på David, da Henrik stoppet opp. Lærte mye om Siciliansk sykling ;-) Var i veldig god form (recovery 0 dagen før)

    Sørkedalsløpet 2012

    Trail running 0:46'45.7 Average heart rate 177 bpm, 10.38 km.
    Sørkedalsløpet 46.10 og 10 pl av ca 70 stk i klassen. Åpnet litt for hard og klarte ikke å holde trykket opp. Hadde 30 timer til full recovery før start. Føler at dette stemmer (kanskje derfor jeg ikke klarte å presse helt inn ?) Fantastisk løp med topp atmosfære. Hornmusikk, pølser, boller og elgsuppe. Løpet ble fulltegnet og over 1000 deltagere. NB lå inne med 204 som HFmax. mao feil soner.

    nr 805 på tiden 5.04,25 Men jeg knakk staven i starten av første bakke og tapte så mye som 5 min på det. Smørte litt for godt feste. Base+grønn spes. To lange + to korte med super exstra. To lag viola extra, dekket med VO. Skulle troppet de to korte med super extra og multigrade isteden for violet extra. Da skiene var trå på myrene, men feste helt inn. Glid topp! GLF 20 +GL1. 15 min raskere og topp 500 hadde vært i boks. Neste år ikke pyramide og husk nysnø på myrene er trått! Jag spor!Fin struk

    Baglerrennet. Funka veldig bra idag, selv om jeg jobbet til 24 i natt. Ble nr 2 i klassen. Gikk bra på skia og hadde gode ski. Bygget med super extra. To lag null Rode + VXPS på toppen. Knallbra

    Crosscountry skiing 4:54'36.8 Average heart rate 160 bpm, 90.66 km.
    En herlig tur. Plass 454, fra pulje 2. Kom meg dårlig ut og jeg syntes det gikk veldig rolig i starten. Gikk på Zero ski og hadde gode ski , gikk meg frem over hele tiden. Litt vondt i arma mot slutten, men kroppen var fin :-)

    Check how well you sleep! And identifiy your rest HR! How to identify your rest HR? Well, with this APP it is easy - have a sleep with your belt and in the morning you will have all the data in your Ambit - just transfer it to Movescount and check your charts. Just before a sleep or right after you will see on your Ambit the approximation of your RestHR so far - and you don't have to sleep with the watch - just place it close to your bed. 1) Save this APP 2) Add it to one of your sport modes 3) Enable logging of data - you will be able to see a chart for SLEEP MONITOR - REST HR IDENTIFICATION 4) I configured just two screens for "SleepWell" sport mode: the first with: HR Rate, this APP, and Calories; the second screen with a graph for HR Rate 5) After a sleep it is fun to analyze your HR graphs and "restHR" graph - you can easily identify your rest rate and adjust it manualy in your Ambit (it is not like with SUUNTO_USER_MAX_HR, which is being adjusted automaticaly!)     This easy to use app provides for 5 custom heart rate zones with one decimal point and an alert (optional) at each zone boundary. It mimics the display of heart rate zones in Garmin devices. It is based on heart rate reserve percentages (the difference between a person's maximum heart rate and resting heart rate settings), so you do not need to work out specific heart rates. The zone limits are user selectable. The zone limits are for the TOP of the given zone. That is, Z0 is for the TOP of Zone 0 (and the bottom of Zone 1), Z1 is for the TOP of Zone 1 (and the bottom of Zone 2), and so on. Default values are: Zone 0 = between resting rate and 50% of heart rate reserve; Zone 1 = 50-65%; Zone 2 = 65-75%; Zone 3 = 75-85%; Zone 4 = 85-92%; Zone 5 = 92-100%. Heart rates below Zone 0 show as "Check --". Since this is below resting heart rate, it means an error in heart rate measurement and you should check your heart rate strap.
