I am a runner. I am training for a marathon, but my long term goals are ultra marathons. Some day I am going to run (and finish) Western States.

Where is yesterday's run? One of the first things I do in the morning is log in to here to see what kick butt stuff KnockItOff has done!

New member with a question. When combining multiple activities (such as 30 minutes of weight training and 60 minutes of running) into a single workout, how can I get each segment to show up as it's own move? The upload only allows one choice for the entire workout time. I am just starting so excuse the question if the answer is obvious. Thank you in advance if you have good advice for me.

I am pretty new to this myself. I mostly run so I do not have to worry about the multiple activities problem. If there is a break between activities you could stop one move and the start the next. Or maybe look for a cross training move.

Good luck for your first Marathon! Which one?

KnockItOff 12.1.2011

My first marathon was the NOrth Country Trail run in MIchigan last August. I finished (6:37). Now I am working with a coach so my next marathon will be much better!

Good luck for the next Marathon!

Thanks! Apparently I say this to my kids. A lot. It has kind of stuck.
