Dear all, there were 56 members in this group by March 31st, and I just paid 56 pounds (64 euros) to the Japan disaster fund. Amer Sports will match my contribution, meaning that together that will be 128 euros. It's still not much money considering the devastation but it's definitely something! The money will be directed to the Japanese Red Cross, which will make sure it'll reach those who need it most. My thoughts go out to all the people in Japan who have lost their homes or loved ones and hope that things will get better soon. Thank you all for being a part of the group! Display sea-level pressure tendency in Pa/h based on the last 3h pressure change. Drift due to calibration (fusedAlti, manual Atli ref change) or travel are automatically filtered. So you can use Automatic or Barometric profile to see pressure trend, if you set alti profile you will have to use fusedalti. Keep in mind that to get accurate reading you need to use barometric profile and stay at same altitude. Alarm is activated by default and can be disable by pushing Lap BUTTON. Alarm beeps one time every 15min while pressure trend is under -400Pa/3h, it beeps 2 time every 10min while pressure trend is under -800Pa/3h, it beeps 3 time every 5min while pressure trend is under -1200Pa/3h and so on but the repeat time of the alarm is stuck at 5 min. As a measure of endurance, this app shows you the distance in meters you progress per heartbeat (cardiac speed) while running or biking. Put this app in one of your sport modes and start logging your endurance. Use the app to track your improvements and as you gain endurance, you will see you can maintain a high cardiac speed for a longer period of time. While this app uses tail parameters of 10 seconds to smooth out large fluctuations, the readout is your actual endurance and not the average of the whole exercise. This app uses only those extra heartbeats above your rest heart rate to calculate the cardiac speed.
Pyramid Interval Training 1', 2', 3', 4', 5', 4', 3', 2', 1' fast and in between 1' slow. The app shows the remaining time of the current interval duration. The timer is always counting down for each interval duration. When the time goes to 0 the next interval duration starts. Between each speed change three beep sounds are omitted. The training starts with a warm-up until you press the "LAP" button. When the interval training has finished, the app shows the duration of the cool-down time. This timer continues until you stop the training. Changelog: 2U2 means, this is update 2 of the Pyramid-Interval 2 app. This updates fixes one missed beep sound after the last fast interval and repeats the beep sound three times instead of only once.
