Well, as I said - I have tried it with other Macs, and they have had Wifi-connections... Its sad and very frustrating... Having this equipment malfunctioning, is like having a car only driven on first gear....
Hi, I will contact you in the beginning of next week (email). I will give you details where to send your device and cable. I understand your frustration and I/we will do anything possible to solve this problem.
Hey Jarmo,
Thanks in advance for your efforts.
I have tried it on two MacBook Pro's and one iMac. All intel-based and one of them, brand new. I have had other USB's attached and I always have it on this current C, since I run a USB-modem. I have thought of trying a new USB cable, but there is no store lending one to me, and since the watch says "Computer connection" (or something like that), I guess its another fault....
Owell.. I wouldn't mind sending my watch and cable to you, for trying it
Hi Jarmo; Yes, I think this solved the problem. Thanks for following up!
Regards Erik.
Hi Jarmo; thanks for the quick response. At least I know now what to do to avoid this problem :-)
