Pool swimming 3:31'13, 10.00 km.10 km sea swim at the Festival of Sport. Swimming around St Michael's Mount was a fantastic experience! Conditions far better than previous races this summer. Felt I navigated well despite it being difficult in places (tiny buoys!) and felt strong for the duration. Arms heavy towards the end. Happy with performance and enjoyed it! Oh and I managed to avoid swallowing any sea water which makes all the difference! :D
Trail running 25:47'09.6, 156.2 km.First 100 miler and very pleased with it. Stunning route, great aid stations with good variety of food and well stocked, hats off to Centurion Running! Very friendly volunteers and runners. Happy with how I paced myself and still running, albeit slowly at the end. Fantastic experience!

Standart 2h Move Battle (note; can be done whenever you want to). Basics: RTE calculates individually calibrated Body Charge scores (TRIMP). The higher the momentary training zone is, the faster you will get scores. Everyone has same opportunity to win since the HR method is individually calibrated and even the gender noticed :-) Rules: You’ll need RTE application (iPhone, Windows, Android, Symbian) - Battles can be done whenever you want! - You can turn on the RTE application few mins earlier (“Start Tracking”) - Every sport is allowed - Remember to encourage others in live map chat - You can see each others’ scores in LIVE! Let the others know that you are participating and make sure that you have an official supervisor checking the Move and encouraging you during the Move! :-) Every Move definitely counts :-)

(I don't have an Ambit2, so this is untested.) Beep twice every 20 minutes for water reminder. Beep four times every 40 minutes for a gel + water. Display Count as 0.5 for first water, 1.0 for first food, 1.5 for next water, 2.0 for next food, etc.
