I'm a ex-cyclists. I decided couple of years ago to drop some weight that I gained after my sporting days paused. Well my little Project got me last season 1800 km running + some other activities.
Running and orienteering is my passion now. In the summertime I do orienteering atleast once a week. It is great FUN! Try it...
