      • Morjens! Kovasti kiinnostais lähteä Pirkan vapaalle. Kattelin sun Finlandia vs. Pirkka suorituksia, joista voisi päätellä, että Pirkan reitti olis aika paljon nopeampi. Onko näin? Toki kelistä ja kunnostakin riippuu... Mites muuten järjestelyt esim Finlandiaan verrattuna toimii? Oletko itse lähdössä tänä vuonna?

      • Nice morning ride! How did You manage to download Your Log from Ambit to Movescount? Suunto shouted about new update for today, which could solve the problem... So far no update yet for PC. May-be Mac version was launched earlier?

      Hiiden hölkkä, 20km (oikeasti 19,6km), Nummela Virallinen aika 1:17:54 Juoksin tunteella, en sykkeellä. Ekat 14km ihan kivasti, sitten porukka lisäsi vauhtia niin mä jäin kyydistä. Sain kuitenkin pidettyä oman vauhtini kohtuullisena loppuun asti vaikka jouduin juoksemaan yksin. Aika huikea EPOC huippu! Unohdin tehdä tilaa mun mittariin niin tiedot ovat kovin vaillinaiset.

      Helsinki City Marathon 2010 http://www.helsinkicitymarathon.fi/ Temperature was ok but humidity was too high to me. My t-shirt was wet after 5km running. Running when ok about 28km. After my left hip came very pain. I have to walk always after 2km running. General it went fine my target time was 3:30. Maybe target is same in my next marathon.       Melonta Joutsa(Suonne)-Mäntyharju(Patajärvi). Ekat 4.5h Suonnetta meni myötäsessä, meni ihan kivasti. Vain yksi suunnistuspummi johon meni 15min. Pikkujokia eteenpäin vauhti vain 2km/h, pääasiassa jouduin vetämään kajakkia kahlaamalla.

      Pirkan hiihto vapaalla 90km. Keli ja latujen kunto erinomainen. Omat voimani hyytyi 70km:n kohdalla elikkä Rokkakosken nousujen jälkeen. Olisi pitänyt ottaa geelejä matkaaja syödä 1kpl Rokkakoskella.

      Vapaalla Finlandia, 3h alitus kaatui jo lauantain surkeaan voiteluun. Tänään voimat loppuivat vasta 45km:n kohdalla.

      Voitelu epäonnistui, pitoa ei ollut! Pito piti ottaa hartioista,kuten sykekäyrästä näkee niin 40km:n jälkeen loppui puhti hartioista.

      Pirkan hiihto vapaalla. Kun ei ihan parasta lähinnä flunssan takia. Siihen kun yhdistää työmiehenkelin (yöllä satanut 15..20cm uutta erittäin hienojakoista lunta) ja voitelun epäonnistumisen. Ihan OK suoristus. Käyrissä näkee hytymisen, tosin jälkipuolisko vain 20min hitaampi kuin alku.

    • Barometer v2.1

    • This is an improved version of my Barometer app. Algorithm inaccuracy now less than 1hPa up to 4000 meter altitude (Ambit sensor inaccuracy not included). This is my attempt to make a barometer that displays the barometric pressure at your location. You can also simulate a barometer by setting your reference altitude to zero in the standard Ambit. But it is really nice and more convenient to have a barometer view with all three key parameters available at the same time in the screen: altitude, atmospheric pressure (AP) and sea level pressure (QNH). Make your custom training mode and include all these, like I did! On my wish list, but not implemented yet, is an altitude trim term to correct for air humidity, air temperature and sensor errors. Trim can be done by setting altitude and pressure simultaneously and independently to known values. The trim coefficient can then be calculated and subsequent altimeter operation will be more accurate. Currently the trim is fixed at factory cali...

    • This is for fun and parties :-) This App is for men! This App shows how much you have alcohol in your blood after drinking mugs of beer. You mark the number of mugs of beer you have enjoyed by pressing the LAP button AFTER you have drunk the mug. 1 lap = 1 mug of beer (0,5l, less than 4,7% of alcohol) = 18g of alcohol = 1,5 portion of alcohol I recommend to use 60s GPS interval with this app, so that the accu endures for the next morning and beyond. http://www.paihdelinkki.fi/alkoholineuvonnan-opas/promille Do not trust this for e.g. driving a car.
