Hey thanks it's good to get some recognition it's motivating. your burning up those calories whats the secret?? Time just isnt on my side this month.
secret for me has been to sell the second car and ride/run to work every day... the crazy people on movescount sure give some motivation for competition too... i always try to mix single activities (running/riding) up with social ones like stair climbing and Pump class too, makes it a bit more fun.
Oh yeah i should walk not drive. Cant wait to get my numbers up in April hopefully take out a number one spot. Good luck for April!!

Hey there! whoa... thats pretty awesome, you'll be at the Olympics soon ;) I've been away up north for a bit this month so totals are rubbish. still, I work really close to a great gym at Uni, so am able to get a lot of use. weather's getting cold and wet huh! :)
