After I had a big crash with mycar when I went to my job, I´ve been 3 weeks in coma, my pelvis,sacrum, some ribs was broken,I had a hole in my spleen,I had a big collision in my skull and this provoked a paralysis in the left side of my body, I started to figth to can walk and finally I finished here running,come on !!! Després d´un accident de cotxe que em va deixar mig paralític vaig lluitar molt i aqui he acavat corrent!! SALUT!!!

Dear all, there were 56 members in this group by March 31st, and I just paid 56 pounds (64 euros) to the Japan disaster fund. Amer Sports will match my contribution, meaning that together that will be 128 euros. It's still not much money considering the devastation but it's definitely something! The money will be directed to the Japanese Red Cross, which will make sure it'll reach those who need it most. My thoughts go out to all the people in Japan who have lost their homes or loved ones and hope that things will get better soon. Thank you all for being a part of the group! So 2014 Is here. Spring is nearly turning to summer in the north and the winter is nearly upon us in the south. For me its that time of year for hearty stews, buttered beans and large slabs of fresh bread with lashings of butter. Would I do another 1 hour on the bicycle for that? You bet! :-) Eat well and exercise often :-)
