Although it says easy on the chart, it certainly doesn't feel easy when you do it
Trekking 4:12'42.9 Average heart rate 109 bpm, 9.23 km.We have tried to get the route as accurate as possible. All over height we believe is 1717 mtrs.
Crosstrainer 0:32'04.3 Average heart rate 132 bpm, 0.09 km.First try at intervals on the cross trainer. An improvement on my latest performances. Happy with that:-)
Okay every New Year deserves a resolution so mine is to cook. That's right cherubs, I had not cooked a meal (except baked beans and eggs on toast) for over 3 years. So with much gusto I have bought utensils and intend to produce at least 100 dishes that I have never tried before. With that comes 12 different sporting activities also. Wish me luck
