Hey everyone! Hope all is well with you guys? :) I know you all must have your favourite workouts for a muscle group you really love to work on. I'd like to know what are those exercises you do? It would be wonderful if everyone could share their favourite workout with us. My favourite is my leg workout. Barbell squat: 4 sets of 15-20 reps, Dumbell lunges 3 sets of 20 reps, Wide stance barbell Squat 4 sets of 20 reps, Leg extensions 4 sets of 20 reps, Lying leg curls 4 sets of 20 reps, Butt lift (Bridge) 4 sets of 25 reps, Glute kicback 4 sets of 25 reps, dead lifts 4 sets of 20 reps. We can all hopefully benefit from each others answers. :) Thank you!
