Pool swimming 0:02'30, 0.20 km.A tropical 6 degrees new years day dip in Salford Quays racing 200m, coming first lady back being crowned ice queen :) Great way to start the new year!
Triathlon 0:14'58, 3.20 km.World Biathle Championships, Sofia Bulgaria. Placed 4th Individual and Gold in the Team :) GO TEAM GB!!! Very proud of all my athletes too 8 medals from the northwest hub fantastic.
Trail running 2:22'00, 16.00 km.Me and the girls completed it!!! Fantastic effort! 10miles, full army gear with boots, and 16kg on ur back, through dirt trails rivers and lots of steep hills!! Raising lots of money for charity! :) so many blisters to pop now....
