The drive to improve and become fitter increases each month. I am determined to be strong and work through the challenges. My aim for Oct to Dec - I will get to the gym or run at least 3 times a week! Roll on summer!

Hey Kylie - Thanks for the shout ! I am not too bad - getting better each day and I am slowly getting back into my fitness regime after having a plantar fascitis release. Yay - no heel pain - especially nice after a whole year of pain! ! Just need to get my running fitness back! I really like the new Movescount site - looks good and easy to use (now that I get the hang of it!) Well done on your fitness this year ! Been great seeing you clock up those hours!! Keep smiling and moving !!
