09-09-2010: OK people, I'm in terrible shape. If I run 50m I'm out of breath. I'm 1.8m with 87kg is not terrible but I want it back to around 78kg.

Don't worry too much. I think we all have a good dose of competitive nature here :-)
I am guessing the biking has been given away for love. Now ain't that sweet :-)
hi，where are you now? no more moves for 4 months
hey car. I hope you have been out on your bike.
Couldn't agree more, superb work from Carrinthe.
Cycling 1:41'37.9 Average heart rate 153 bpm, 48.66 km.Yeah! My first TE 5 move. After a disappointing Rockport test the weather was just too good not to ride. As I rode I found that I could manage a higher heart rate for a much longer time than before. With the exception of traffic lights I was constantly riding around my estimated anaerobic threshold but I could manage it and keep going. My legs feel like jelly but I'm completely happy with myself. :D
Cycling 6:01'09.4 Average heart rate 111 bpm, 112.9 km.My first participation of an organized tour the "Gerrie Knetemann Classic". I rode with Arjan a long-time friend. At first I was worried if I was able to keep up with Arjan since he always had been an avid cyclist but when we began it became quite evident that all my training the last year was paying off. Arjan will be the first to admit he was out off shape. So I had to adjust to his pace and we ended last off the field, but we had lots of fun although Arjan might think differently :)
The new Group I has arrived........... what award are you going for? This will be where the Lepidoptera is judged :) You guys inspired me to do this one!!!
How will the season change the way you work out if at all?
This group has served it's purpose and is now defunct. For a group with lots of discussion and fun I recommend: http://www.movescount.com/groups/group2434-
It's nice to be better,.... but it's better to be nice! :)
