Crosscountry skiing 1:11'11.2 Average heart rate 155 bpm, 17.00 km.Engadiner Frauenlauf. 17km in 1:03. 180th out of over 1000 starters. Fantastic start, good race and I should have qualified myself for an elite start place next year.
Crosscountry skiing 2:30'19.4 Average heart rate 146 bpm, 27.00 km.Sumavský skatemaraton.
Some values edited (some estimates) as the heart rate wasn't always registered - rather annoying.
Climbs were tough, fitness is still not great.
