Thanks for cheering Cathy! Unfortunately my result have been totally shameful and I revived a knee joint meniscus pain. So that yesterday evening I was feeling really down. Today it's OK. That's life and I know the way to progress: long & tortuous... Hope you will be better than me this WE!

Dear Cathy you're so kind with me... Be sure I'm thinking of you too! No doubt that I don't want to grow old and try to prolong my physical abilities (lol) as much as possible. As a result I have many ups & downs. I should have become aware of that sooner... Anyway let's enjoy the present time & think as long as I learn I feel young! Wish you a nice race tomorrow! HI .. Glad you liked my painting .. Blue Haze and House on the Hill are special to me too.. I have a new one that is drying that is like Blue Haze but Pink and Orange :) I am putting in the cycling moves .. not sure how my heal is going .. driving me crazy as I WANT to run and next weekend is the 7.5 Mother's Day run .. ARGHHH!! I am going to do it even if I have to walk and run!! Hope your weekend is going well. :) Cheers xx

Hello Cathy. In the meantime if you take a 3 or 4-day rest with running, it should not be a problem: you are physically trained enough. You just have to do some warm-up before and pay attention to food, sleep & mental receptiveness... From my part, I am looking forward to my 2nd orienteering race next tuesday. Enjoy your WE too! XX

Hi Cathy! Thank you for your new paintings. I truly like them, especially ‘Bleading heart’, ‘House on the hill’ & ‘Blue haze’. Of course I do not diss the other ones but I clearly prefer the above mentioned, maybe more easy to understand for uninitiated people? Take good care of yourself! Have cycling & swimming moves…
