    hoe je ook fietst op Aruba je hebt altijd de helft wind tegen... Als het niet uit het oosten komt, komt het uit het westen... Dit was trouwens een windstille dag... Ook in record tijd (voor mij)

      Heb je goed gedaan dan ! Schitterend eiland ! Als Aruba wat meer geld had gehad, had ik sportleraar op een school geweest. Het is jammer :(

    Mooie tocht, heb ikzelf ook een keer gefietst met de mountainbike. Ik had wel enorme tegenwind, volgende keer niet meer met de klok het eiland rondfietsen

    Critical Swim Speed

    Find out your critical swim speed (CSS). When you start the training, a warm-up timer in seconds is shown. When you press the LAP button the test begins with a 400m count-down. Swim as fast as you can until you reach 0m and the rest period of 10 minutes starts. After the rest period a 200m count-down is started. Swim again for as fast as you can. After the 200m swim your critical swim speed for 100 meter is calculated. The value is shown in seconds.
