    Tallinn Marathon, Split 1:24.12, Teine ring vajus veidi ära peale 32-st, kuid haamrit ei saanud ja pingutasin lõpuni.

    Lake Garda Marathon

    Neto 2:50.35. Garda maraton. GPS signaal on tunnelis katkenud vahepeal ja hiljem tagasi. Kõrgusmõõdik on ka pange pannud vahepeal ning sirgetega asendanud... Tõusu oli ikka veidi rohkem, kui kell fikseeris. Tagasi laugel tõusul (29-35km)ikka võttis jala tümaks , tempo kukkus 10sek/km ja siis allamäge enam ei taastunud ära. Ning teine minut kadus 35-42 km peale. kuni 30-ni täpselt 4.00/km keskmine-kuna mägine, siis 3.50 kuni 4.09 vahel. Lõpus linna ka korralik tõus. Isikliku vorm ikka.

    VASALOPPET. OK tunne ja sõit kuni 33kmi-ni. Siit alates ei saanud mägedet üles ja raske oli vahelduvast sõita. Lõpus viimased 15km oli jälle enesetunne OK, isegi veidi pressida jaksasin

    Marathon Lago Maggiore. Net time 2:49.05 Leg was hurting yesterday so that I decided to start on the last minute. warm/up run yesterday was disaster still. First 10 km was painful, later changed the step and it was OK, but leg muscules were too tired in the end for uphill and I lost some 1 minute or so and did not make PB (yet). M 40 first place - at least some emotional relief.

    1. Valge Daami rahvajooks. Kaks ringi Paralepas. täitsa OK, kuid pingutada päris tugevalt teravasti oli veidi sunniviisiline - kõrget pulssi ei tahtnud taluda eilse pingutuse foonil arvatavasti. 3. koht kokku, esimene ja teine olid kogu aeg ees, kuid ei jaksanud lõpuni kiirust hoida, raske oli veidi. Korralik kross ja pidi kogu aeg varba ette vaatama.

    Narva poolmaraton. Plaan oli 1:17.30. Sellele kaotasin 1.20 ja see kõik kogunes 13-19 km-il, mis olid täitsa rasked, jalad lõid eriti kangeks, kuigi mootor vedas. Kas 10km- il võetud lahja geel tegi elu raskeks? Lõpp 2 km umbes juba lävi raskuse suutsin suruda, tempo tõusis alles viimane km, kuigi proovisin ka enne

    Measures the body exertion during exercises and how fit you are. Best athletes achieve near 1%. Usually it is around 5% and non-trained people gain more than 5%. This formula calculates Cardiac drift between previous and current laps during Steady exercises! Laps should be near equal as distances or times. So for the test during the steady effort you could press Lap button in the middle of the exercise and stop at the end. Note: This formula normally will give positive results, since people are more tired in the second half (lap). It is more precise than my previous one (http://www.movescount.com/apps/app267-Cardiac_drift_).
