      • For this years shape it is OK. First race this year I was enjoiing. Lost little pace in second half /5sek/km/, but not much. As this is mostly in forest, the course is very variable, nice. therefor it is difficult to maintain even pace all throughout the race.

      • This was the race. Unfortunately the track was remade - original running track was partly under ise still. The time is very slow I have to say. I have been running it with 58 minutes 5 yrs ago. At the moment I'm 81kg with my 1,76 length. For running normal would be 72-74, which I have not reached last 2 years. Need watch my eating habbits and weight :)

Tallinn Marathon, Split 1:24.12, Teine ring vajus veidi ära peale 32-st, kuid haamrit ei saanud ja pingutasin lõpuni.

Neto 2:50.35. Garda maraton.

Vasaloppet. On fist uphill got into big jam on the left side - no track and people standing by. Further almost all the way working alone, time to time behind somebody. Strong headwind half of distance. Improved place all the way throughout the distance after 3km mark. Glide OK, grip OK.

Haanja Maraton. .-12stardis, -8 finish. Päris raske oli intensiivsust hoida, ei suutnud. Pidin grupil minna laskma ja omas rütmis lõpuni. Viimased 2-3km veidi parem enesetunen ja pingutus juba. Algul veidi ka suusk kinni, lõpus parem ka.

Tartu Maraton.

    • Measures the body exertion during exercises and how fit you are. Best athletes achieve near 1%. Usually it is around 5% and non-trained people gain more than 5%. This formula calculates Cardiac drift between previous and current laps during Steady exercises! Laps should be near equal as distances or times. So for the test during the steady effort you could press Lap button in the middle of the exercise and stop at the end. Note: This formula normally will give positive results, since people are more tired in the second half (lap). It is more precise than my previous one (http://www.movescount.com/apps/app267-Cardiac_drift_).
