No matter what you do, just do it properly!
My goal for so many years already has been "to avoid injuries" but it has resulted in so many bone fractures that I decided to give up on it. But I still aim at learning to swim, have rest days (tough one) and enjoy every move!
Upcoming: Somewhere in the future some running races and hopefully triathlon but right now my challenge is to heal! 💪
