6815m r16 2:12.0 and 152w averages @ ave HR of 120 including warm up. Body felt surprisingly good. Especially the nerve pain I had is going away. Pointing toes at the finish helps flex the flutes and keeps the nerve from getting squished between the seat and bone.
Feeling pretty good. Right glute was feeling great and with ten minutes to go went numb. Not debilitating but not feeling fresh. 6736m at r16, 2:13.6, and 147w averages.
30 minute erg. Perceived effort physiologically easy but a burning nerve in my right glute made it mentally challenging and not as enjoyable as other morning ergs. Assess tomorrow morning but possibly take the weekend off rowing. Drag 125 rate 15 ave watts 145
