A group for all those who know that every form of fitness is good fitness. We are a fitness facility in Northern England which bases itself around in house events like triathalon and Octathalon. WE use the Fitness Solution and also believe in getting out there on weekends and pushing ourselves to everything from wake boarding to treking =) Join our group and meet some cool people!

FXT race day on Sat...true fitness...you might be good at cardio you might be good with weights of all kinds. BUT CAN YOU DO BOTH BACK TO BACK, HEAD TO HEAD??? I understand if you have no minerals...dont come if you dont =) Everyone one else i'll see you there.
