I have forgot with programming intervals at my Suunto 6td.
I was programming those timers; like warming, intervals and count down, but looks like it doesn’t work correct or I have forgot how to do that. please help me to set up those times again foe example 3 min running slower and 1 min running faster,.

hi all.... I recently ( seven days back) bought Suunto Ambit 3 Sport HR. I was earlier using Fenix 2. After using for 3 runs, I have realized that the watch is over estimating values for Vo2 Max (showing 64ml/kg/min) and calories burnt (showing 1250 calories burnt for 8 km).... these values cant be true... can anyone help me please?
Check if it is showing correct heart rate. Check manually( count pulse with fingers) ur hear rate for one minute count during resting and compare with by hr belt. The vo2 max is estimated by the HR data
