Hello all here, I'm Dutch living on Koh Samui in Thailand.
i'm challenging HuyM... :-) this july, let's move! but let's make it fair. moves have to have bmp, i't can't be zero! and it has to be realistic..... if it's a long ride, or a whole day event, stop the watch during breaks, like when you rest, or eat. just start a new excer. when you go agiain. everyone else welcom to join :-)

WOW! HuyM! 3 straight 31km plus days! what event are you in or are you training for? But why is there no average bpm?
is your data accurate? that's almos a full marathon for 3 straight days... even full time athleates need recovery?
i will go for top 3 this month!!
