Woo, back at 'er in the limbo between a mostly-healed MCL and reconstructive knee surgery for my meniscus and ACL. Feels good to be moving again!
Phil- Merci for the MEC tip re: the strap. I was able to pick one up there just this weekend and I am looking forward to tracking my information again.
With a broken leg that won't heal and a bad knee or two, the doctor said no more running... Ever lol! So I change my profile pic to biking! Drag, just got some new shoes.
