Ran 10km at mount Joggers on 01.06.14 in 1 hour exactly and have runners knee. Anyone know a quick fix?
Hi Simon, I see that most of the Mount Joggers course is on road. Do you do most of your training on road? When I got back into running a few years ago I was constantly getting runners knee. I was doing the majority of my runs on the pavement/footpath, training for my 1st marathon. At times I couldn't run at all. The next year again training for a marathon I switched the majority of my running to trails/hills. I have never had a problem with runners knee or other injuries since :)

Hello everyone. Bought the Ambit 2 and joined the group to see how others use the watch. Started training for the Wanaka Motatapu MTB event, my first and hopefully not my last as I get into the training.
Hi All, Recently purchased an Ambit2 and really enjoying using it
BUT the Navigation position options are NOT useful when in the hills.
Position given as WGS84 Lat/Long rather than NZTM2000 (i.e. Topo50).
Have requested update from Suunto. ie Would be good if ALL Kiwi users did too.
I know its a year on, but mine came with NZTM2000, it was in the formats-gps part of set-up
