IRONMAN TEXAS- Well planned race for first IM. Improvement required in swim to get away from masses, and longer time in aero position on the bike with flexibility increase (back pain). Otherwise solid marathon.

Kemah Olympic Triathlon- very choppy ocean swim, strong head wind out and super fast back on bike, solid run with tough up/down bridge section. Solid race- 2nd place AG. Official time- 2:39:40 hrs.

Oil Man was an excellent race for my first 1/2 IM. More time in the aero bars required to avoid neck fatigue, but otherwise completed under my goal of 6hrs and felt very strong at the finish! YES!! (HR monitor did not function during swim).
