    Nach dem heftigen Regen von gestern war die gewählte Strecke plötzlich voll von Hindernissen.... und ich fühle mich ziemlich angeschlagen :-( So schnell kann aus easy hart werden, eine interessante und lehrreiche Erfahrung mehr. Eine Runde Selbstmitleid dann drüber lachen und weiter geht's :-))

    Helsinki Central Park 10km race. First 5km felt easy, second not so easy. But I manage to win mens race, even if was second on the finnish kun behind ladies winner L. Markovaara :) Weather was bad with heavy wind and heavy raining! 28th of May next 10k and then it will be my track 10000m debut :) sub 36 will be my target then..
