Goal for 2013 - Put on some muscle and get into better shape :-) Make some new friends who also love working out. Do more races this year and really push my limits.
I'm doing a new lifting plan right now from beach body called Body Beast. So far I Love it. I've been doing the P90x, P90x2, P90x+, and modified workouts for about 3 years and wanted a change. The Body Beast workouts are more classic body building and so far I love it.
