San Sebastian Marathon with one healthy leg. Ankle was bad from half way point.. but ran it through and I am glad I did it.

Extra easy loooong run with 60sec brisk run after every 30min. First hour by myself and then last 28km or so with Pasi and his client Antti. Great training session and surprisingly easy to run 40km! HR was getting higher and higher in the end, but I think it's quite normal when you have jogged over 3h... :)

Good and very controlled track session after 2 weeks at Crete. Not even close to max effort :) and got few pacers on the track too ;) whit my both kids joining in ;)
Hämeenlinna City Marathon 10km race.
That was all I got today. First 4km felt good (because downhill and tail wind) but maybe it was too fast start? Second place in mens category :)
It was quite hot weather, quite heavy wind & quite much sand on the ground so it was Ok session today. Now two weeks in Creece, so it will will like off season before my fall Marathon project #RHgoesLJU
