    Del A: 5-5-ME Back squat med 86% av 1 RM Kjørte da: 67,5 x 5 68,0 x 5 68,0 x 10

    Del B: "Jackie" - 1000m roing 05:00 - 30 thrusters 20/15kg 08:06 - 30 jumping pullups. 11:05 Timecape var satt til 12:00 min, og jeg klarte det på 11:05

      Crossfit Sandvika. Dagens WOD med Jesper. Varmet opp med 2000m roing. Felles oppvarming var 3 runder løping og forskjellige øvelser. Dette skulle gjøres 2 ganger. Hovedøkten: Som Jesper sa; "Dette blir en monster-økt". 5 RFT (rounds for time) 400m løping, 10x ring dips (med strikk) & 10x thruster 30kg. Brukte 23:55. Utrolig sliten.
