      SAAMI SKI RACE. Quit the race at the 70K point - 50K in the group, the last 20K alone in the hard headwind.. all the energy expended at this point, but so far it was a great experience!!

      10min easy + 30min tempo (4.43/km) + 10min easy. A bit tired legs from yesterdays pair TT training. First 20min of tempo went well, then legs started to feel heavy and HR rose, also the last 10min was uphill.

      Warm up + 4*1km in the trails + cool down. 2*1km max speed / 4-5min recovery, 2*1km @ Half marathon pace / 30sec-1min recovery. Very good speed for trails, second 1km felt really good and I got everything out of my legs.

      Running around lake Pyhäjärvi. Nice running weather (-5C), but roads covered w/ ice and snow, had to run with spikes but with them it was good to run. Felt good until 25K mark when legs started to feel tired and the big uphill to the finish line was beginning.

      Skiing (skating): warm up + 15km as 5km @ HR155, 5km @HR165, 5km @HR175 + cool down. Felt really good, winter's best ski training so far!
