57min including flat...Epiiiic!
Glaisssstein (F 3) and Wustlau (F 2) freeride trail in the Zell am See-Kaprun valley, Pinzgau, Salzburgland, Hohe Tauren National Park. Epic long, technical and steep (1575m elevation, 8.5km length..!) down hill course where the attributes of this classic late 90’s mountain bike really shines! Modern day long, low, slack bikes made essentially for the “bike park” don’t handle the tight switchbacks of the goat trails of these mountains. They being essentially untouched natural trekking trails requiring laser like focus on your lines choice. So good!
Its so cool that they let bikes rip this mountain!
Theres the berg in the background.
Day 6 - Sailed from Diamond Cay in Jost Van Dyke (<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jost_Van_Dyke" rel="noreferrer nofollow">en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jost_Van_Dyke</a>) to White Bay beach in Guana Island ( <a href="http://www.guana.com/" rel="noreferrer nofollow">www.guana.com/</a> ) in 10 ft waves and very strong winds. Lunch and PM at the beach which had great white sand and water clarity. Overnight mooring at Marina Cay ( <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marina_Cay" rel="noreferrer nofollow">en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marina_Cay</a> ), with a stop at Pusser's Store.
