Strength Training - foam rolling and stability ball exercises.
Had a flat tire when I was getting ready to prep for my brick workout. I had a small window of time to get this in so I went to the gym and rode a crappy indoor cycle that had no clip ins. It was rough. I put the setting on the hardest hill climbs I could find and simply went for it!
I hated every minute but I sweat like a dog and got my miles in!
I’m not even sure what the name of that machine was...but it seemed antiquated.

+Such a great day to run. 80 for the high. I got out the door at 8:30 so it was 60 when my run started. By the end, my hip flexor was starting to ache. Pretty frustrated by that, but overall, it was an amazing day on the trail.
