I'm inspired by being around like minded people who have the same interest and off course my Sunnto Watch keeps me WELL MOTIVATED, and makes me want to get that next session in !i

Guilt Trip Run !!!

- Started off with a 1km brisk walk with some stretching. - Then Ran 2 laps of 2km lap 1 timed at 9min and Lap 2 timed at 8min 20 seconds. - Brisk walked for 1km - Concluded workout with a 100 meter sprint raising my Heart Rate to 187 bpm. The last time I went training was 2 days ago if i left it for today that would have made 3 whole days ;C- the guilt kicked in badly ! So I got my running shoes on and shot out the door. Peshawar run at 10.00pm Walk Warm up 10 mins Lap 1 2KM Run at 8 min and then full body stretch for 6 minutes Lap 2 2km Run at 9 min Lap 3 2km Run at 8 min Walk 10 Min Cool down Then a 100 meter sprint timed at 25 seconds Note: Approx times have been noted for the Walk it could be between ten to fifteen minutes.
