Hey i am back home now from the hospital and focusing on physio therapy, to get back to my previous level (i hope 100%) !! The fracture was really heavy and complicated, but the surgeon did a great job !! ...but according doctor and physio specialist i have to take care from now up to 12 weeks before i am able to take high forces into my arm... cu friends !!

Start from home direction Schöckel up to the "Steinhaus", protectors on and fast downhill via Erhardhöhe (730er), between a short Pizza stop :) , up via Dürrgraben via Platte direction Mariatrost through the Leechwald and back home :) Have had a lot of fun !!!!! *ZoooM*

I had a great feeling and did my first 12k 😋 Only the strong cold wind was a bit borring 🤧 but the sky was blue 👍

What a beautiful day to take a long ride up to Erhardhöhe, downhill the special Trail (730er) and next up via ENZI Trail to the Doka Trail :) Now my legs feels heavy and tired :O (ascent: 1044m)

Up to the ENZI Trail to get big smile at my face :) Rest was single trail at east and north direction of Graz....

This was really a hard ride up the Matajur mountain with ascent 1421m. We came to shelter 5 minutes before starts raining following with hail!!! And after 40 minutes remaining we have had ride back fast the same way :( for safety reason..... We arrived all back healthy "Yeah"

I have a new Bar and Stem on my bike - CHROMAG - it's so great - YEAH

MTB Testing Day Event by SPECIALIZED I had three different bikes and the top one for me was the Enduro Expert. We had a lot fun, but the whole day raining :( I was complete muddy - Yeah

Suunto watch battery gets empty during ride, so final destination is also start point! I had to add 45 minutes and 11,9 km. Important route was charged by GPS. Yeah.... This was my best and highest mountain bike tour ever :)
