      Hard MTB - 4 degrees -very muddy. Loved it! This is my normal Saturday MTB route through Coxley, MIddlestwown, Overton and Horbury all offroad. I can still get the HR going on those tough climbs 201 not a bad HR score for a 45 year old!

      Wecome to the start of Ironman Training - each week a weekly long run. In 2012 i've booked 12 Triathlons , 3 Dualthlon 2 British Gas 1 mile swims and Ironman 70.3 Wimbleball as part of my 2012 Marie Curie Cancer Care sponsorship year. I know i'm fit enough to cover the run leg distance now of the Ironman 70.3 My weekly long run is tough. Coxley Valley trail run followed by a long road run - my longest training run ever. The start of my winer base miles. I now need to go long on the bike.

      Coxley Valley trail run in 1 foot of snow in 45min on 30th Novmber Watch shows 29th which is wrong - battery fried with the cold - switched when i got home. It did not record all data. Pace was slower - deliberately nice very steady run 45 mins for 7km and average 132bpm peak 167bpm (hills)
