First work out in awhile and it was my best so far since I started training with Suunto products. I ran 2 laps in the park and then I went inside and did Insanity work out. I almost puked when I was done. God I love those work outs even if you are so tired that you can barely move

Today I tried a new set up in my Ambit so took Running and modified it. And it worked out great. GPS picked up every time I stepped outside for my 10 min cardio run x3. Only negative thing was that my heart rate dropped A LOT in the beginning so now I'm going to wash my HR textile belt because it's been 5 work outs ^^ Fitnessfight day 6 done :)
