      It a shagged run after TNF 2012 50km. However thank to CY motivation and pacing, i managed to complete the race with a decent timing. Gosh i almost plan to walk all the way to 21km mark form 4km onward cos i apparently have not recovered from my TNF 100's 50km. Nevertheless it a good run with friend :)

      Two words for today run... UP SLOPES!!! As seen, my HR today has more deviation as rest is needed after slope and slopes. Overall. i love today run, it show me there is more to NUS running route than i know. Plus i need to train harder for North Face 100!

      My First Jurong Lake Run, and it is awesome! I ran within targeted timing; i finished the race before the sun really start to shine strongly. There is alot of beautiful scenery to enjoy while running. It definitely a thumb up race! Weeeee ~ I will definitely join this again next year.
