It would be great if it only worked. It doesn't beep, it just records the heart rate and nothing else, It goes on till you stop it without any significant thing happening. Any ideas?
How about a history of Ort-values? I can only see Date/Time, Duration, Peak, Average and calories in the Log book.
I probalby just can't read or something, but how does this app work? I tried to use it but I just don't know how.
When you first start it, it will take your resting HR for 5 mins. This should be done in a sitting or lying position. After 5 mins, your gps will beep; which means you need to stand up. Stand up and just stand still for approx 90 seconds. The watch will wait another 30 seconds for your "standing HR" to stabilize (after first standing) then it will beep one more time. It records 60 sec of data, then beeps again. This tells you its done and the final result is the ortho bpm value.
Hey, I just made test apps compatible with this one. They do the same test while measuring the RMSSD or the SDNN in the first rest phase, the peak HR for the transition phase and the RMSSD or the SDNN while standing. Both will display the sort test in BPM in the end. Just add these apps to the same sport mode and log the data.
DdeCourten - what is the name of your test app? I would like to find it and try it out. Thanks!
Great app! Very useful in inspecting the state of health by keep logging the values in 2 weeks.
