@harry93, Thanks for the app. Just making sure I understand properly. This app allowing you to hit the button, and you have 30s before your interval workout start. Am I right? So I don't have to press an go? I'm kayaker, so my watch is actually on my boat, and I'm holding my paddle, so this app would be awesome if it work that way!
I'm looking for an app that looks like this:
You start running at 6km/h, after 30 seconds the running speed increases with 0.3km/h and so on until at 17'30'' you reach a running speed of 16.2km/h and continue running at this speed for 5 minutes until 22'30''. I've tried creating this using the App Designer with no luck. Should there be people online here who understand the App Developer, I would really appreciate some help.
Sorry for off topic, but there doesn't seem to be a forum for this..
Check this one: http://www.movescount.com/apps/app10012137-4in1_Interval_Training_Cardiac_Drift_oth - it's a multi-APP - you have Cardiac Drift (comparison of performance, i.e. the ratio SPEED/HR between intervals), Karvonen HR%, max HR, max Speed in one app. And also timers for interval and rest periods.
I agree, my applications are now out of date and the newer more complex ones are much better. They allow for much greater input from a variety of parameters as well as displaying multiple items on the one line. But this being said if you want a simple application for one parameter its pointless to have to wait for the watch to cycle though, sometimes simple is useful.
