This app counts 5 sets of 30-20-10 intervals. The 30 sec. interval is for slow tempo, then 20 sec. faster pass and finally 10 sec. sprint. The counter will light and beep between each interval. The counter follows the watch's duration timer which means that you can pause the app. If you use an ambit then /**/ out the beeb and light.
